Delivery
Delivery in New Zealand is usually within 2-5 working days of receipt of order. Delivery times quoted are subject to product availability. We will advise you if an order is to be delayed. Orders that are sent with free shipping will be sent via NZ Parcel Post. Courier is available for $8 within New Zealand and expected delivery is usually 1-2 days depending on location. Please let us know if you require your purchase urgently and we will work with you try to ensure this happens.
Our International parcels are sent by New Zealand Post and take between 7-14 working days to arrive.
We are unable to track International deliveries as we do in New Zealand. In the unlikely event your parcel goes missing we will do all we can to locate it.
